Keith Brooks and the Cincinnati Sports Club staff are nationally recongnized sports conditioning specialists and certified private trainers.

About The Program

This is a month long program for members and non-members beginning the first of each month, designed to target total body fitness. The class will meet on the indoor athletic field Monday through Friday at 5:30am, 9:30am and 11:30am. The first and last day of class will consist of a series of metrics in order to track progress.

You will achieve: increased cardiovascular level, greater strength and endurance, improved balance and flexibility, increased muscle tone and body shape, reduction in body fat, increased self-confidence, accountability to meet your goals.

Daily Schedule

The daily (M-F) schedule will have plenty of variety and will include:

  • Warm-up
  • Flexibility
  • Stations
  • Cardio
  • Cool Down

Just bring yourself! Water fountains are available but we suggest you bring a water bottle. All equipment is provided for you.

Training Facility

The Cincinnati Sports Club indoor atheltic field offers the largest training space in the tri-state area. Full shower and locker room facilities are available for all partiicpants. All training equipments is provided, including dumbbells, agility ladders, hurdles, medicine balls, plyometric boxes, sleds and more!
