Group Fitness
The combination of indoor and outdoor facilities at the Cincinnati Sports Club offers many opportunities for members to participate in an active lifestyle year-round. The best health club facilities in Cincinnati can be found right here; two large group fitness rooms, Pilates and yoga training studios, the area’s largest indoor track, four tennis courts, an NCAA-sized basketball court, indoor and outdoor pools, plush locker rooms, and more.

Many of our health and fitness services are available to both members and non-members of Cincinnati Sports Club, including private fitness training for adults and children, assisted stretch, nutrition and weight management, and Pilates and yoga training.

Private Training
Private training at the Sports Club provides participants with continuous professional attention for all facets of fitness training. Private Trainers provide expertise to assist all clients in reaching their fitness goals safely and efficiently.

Group Fitness
The Sports Club’s group fitness schedule includes a variety of classes designed to improve cardiovascular conditioning, strength, flexibility, and mind/body awareness. Classes are available seven days a week, with morning, daytime, and evening options, and with choices ranging from beginner and intermediate, to advanced level group fitness classes, there is a class for everyone.
